How LeadEquestrians Work

From Week One.

Changing Mindset Meeting

A meeting will be held with our founders to talk about the importance of equestrianism in the world and how your Equestrian Centre has the potential to impact your region economy.

This meeting will be a mind opener and the introducing of what kind of achievements the new member can expect by the end of 1 year and where the centre can arrive by the end of 10 years.

The Equestrian Centre will schedule a call with our Success Department to discuss:

  • Your personal Goals and Ambitions.

  • Analyse the capabilities of the club and how can we potentially grow.

  • Lay out a game plan for our journey together.

  • The new network member will be introduced to their exclusive PSD/Personal-Success-Director

  • Receive a copy of the Book “Small Changes, Big Differences” by LeadEquetrians

PSD Role near you

  • The private PSD will be available to you during 12 months to assure the process is in place.

  • The private PSD is a person with high knowhow on how to operate and succeed any of the 4 pillars of the PowerHouse.

  • The private PSD has on his mobile phone all the worldwide necessary contacts to make it happen.

  • The private PSD will make sure that the 4 pillars are set in motion at the same time.

  • The private PSD can arrange online and personal meeting according with your needs.

NOTE: Very often (upon agreement) we travel to the equestrian centre for our one week “Experience Evaluator Program” to provide direct assessment.

Weekly and Monthly Basis.

The Regular Touchdowns

  • Every Monday you will establish contact with your PSD to check on progress

  • Every 2 weeks you will have a meeting with the team to “Reset&Run”

  • Regular newsletters with trends and inspirational ideas.

  • Brands associations give aways will always contemplates the members. Expect equipment give aways.

  • We are always on the hunt for technology association for riders and horses. Expect news and equipment.

Every Year we go on an European Competition Tour with the best network riders

Travel2Compete Program. Every year we establish a sponsorship program to invite the best riders from the network to come with with us to a worldwide renown competition.

We will provide equestrian centres with the training and process to prepare a professional sponsorship kit and we will go all the way with you until achieve the so desired sponsorship deal.

Network members can benefit all year long of state this technological advance 30 hectare equestrian centre with hotel to train under a competition training system.

We are working with several exceptional riders with exceptional horses and team to manage their career on tour, nationally and internationally.

We work everyday to come up with new and more relevant tools to help our network members succeed by being the only possible equestrian centre to be.
